Scholarships available for students of  Government Polytechnic, Jagatsinghpur,

The following scholarships / financial assistance are being awarded to the students reading in Diploma Institutes as per their eligibility criteria.

• Merit- cum- poverty scholarships for 10% students in every discipline in Govt. Institute.

• Post-Matric scholarships & other financial assistance sanctioned by Govt. from time to time for ST/SC/OBC/SEBC/Minority Community students.

• (a) Financial assistance to complete the study, if the parents / financial guardian of the student dies during study period.
  (b) One time scholarships of Rs 6000/- to eligible Topper students of 1st/3rd/5th semester examination under student welfare scheme.

• Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme for admission to 5% supernumerary seats in all institutes for the sons and daughters of parents whose annual income from all sources is less than Rs 4.50 lakhs or the amount fixed by Govt. from time to time.

• Gyanodaya Scholarships are made available for General Category students of this Polytechnic by Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Paradip Refinery, Paradip. The students selected will be paid Rupees 1000 Per month.
